Walker is always working on a new batch of cider. On the weekends you may catch him working the tasting room or maybe walking his dog, Annie, at the Pheasant Branch Conservancy. His favorite hard cider is our Wild Blueberry.

Production Assistant

Charles is a vital team member at Hidden Cave. He may be juicing grapefruits, pressing apples, sanding our picnic tables, or whatever crazy idea Walker has put together and he always gives 100%. Charles loves a good music festival so ask him which one he plans to attend next if you catch him in our tasting room!
